AZ Pools Magazine is looking for a results-driven Advertising Sales Representative to sell advertising and promotional packages to Arizona pool businesses.
This is an hourly sales position with clearly defined performance requirements. We are looking for someone who wants the stability of hourly pay and understands that success in sales is measured by revenue generated.
Compensation & Performance
Compensation is $16 per hour for approximately 20 hours per week. Average gross monthly wages are approximately $1,387.
This is a minimum performance expectation, not a sales or earnings guarantee.
What You'll Be Selling
AZ Pools Magazine gives Arizona pool businesses multiple ways to increase visibility with local homeowners through our online magazine, business directory, recommendation and ranking system, educational articles, Special Offers, and pool-service pricing tool.
Our standard advertising packages are $100, $150 and $200 per month. The monthly target can be reached through any combination of qualifying packages totaling at least $2,774 in new MRR.
What We Expect
- Actively prospect Arizona pool businesses.
- Reach owners and decision-makers.
- Comfortably make outbound calls and handle rejection.
- Explain the advertising opportunity clearly.
- Maintain accurate follow-up and prospect records.
- Consistently move qualified prospects toward becoming paying advertisers.
Requirements
Strong verbal communication, dependability, organization, self-motivation and comfort being measured against a sales target are required. Previous B2B sales, advertising sales, telemarketing, appointment setting or local-business sales experience is strongly preferred.
